Povrchová úprava striekanou práškovou farbou
Ponúkame pre firmy možnosť priemyselnej kooperácie striekania práškových farieb. Je to jedna z najbežnejších a najobľúbenejších povrchových úprav. V súčasnosti zhruba 80% našej produkcie je upravovaná týmto spôsobom. Jedná sa o striekanie prášku v špeciálnej kabíne po predchádzajúcom odmastení a následné vypaľovanie vo vysokovýhrevnej peci. Rozmerový technologický limit je daný rozmerom pece, najväčšie výrobky ktoré sme schopný striekať u nás sú 2300 x 1100 x 1500 (dxšxv). Farebný odtieň je závislý na prianí zákazníka.

Povrchová úprava polyetylénovým plastom (bralenom)
Tzv. "bralenovanie" je špeciálna úprava povrchu poplastovaním. Na materiály sa po nanesení bralenového prášku vplyvom vysokej teploty vytvorí súvislá vrstva gumoplastu hrúbky cca 0,4 mm, ktorá je odolná voči vode, a do určitej miery aj poveternostným vplyvom a oteru. Takto vzniknutý povrch dokážeme vyrobiť v rôznych farebných odtieňoch, pričom táto technológia umožňuje dokonale zakrývať povrchové nerovnosti a v mnohých ohľadoch je cenovo prístupnejšia ako ostatné druhy povrchových úprav.

Zinkované a chrómované výrobky sú kooperované v externých firmách.
